It's one thing poaching someone's line buts its completely out of line making your film around it. Fair enough hit the gap but dont publish it to the world and revolve your 'race' film around someone else's 'huck', thought racers were against hucking anyway...oh no i forgot its okay its done with a bad style bar turn or mech check (race whip). Kelly would have probably 360'd it and it would have been a sick shot to propel his career. If he does it now, people will say he poached it from this film. Bad move for an aspiring film maker in a sport where your reputation is everything...
